Is anyone out there using wireless WiFi 01v control? If so, which app are you using?
Yamaha makes a WiFi control app for iPad called "Stage Mix" app. It's a cool app with all sorts of control (like in Studio Manager), but it's currently only avail. for their LS and M7 series mixers, and only for iPad. The Yamaha tech said it's quite possible they'll be coming out with Stage Mix for the 01v, so periodically check for release announcements.
In searching, I've found a few third party apps that let you control minimal controls (faders & such) on the 01v. They're not as cool as Yam's Stage Mix, but you can have fader control. Some of these even work on iPhone, as well as iPad. One is called "TouchOSX" and another is called "Stereo Scope". There may even be more 3rd party apps out there.
BTW - There's a cool 12vdc powered Wifi-Midi box called "The Missing Link", which I've just purchased.
Cheers, Jamie Scarpuzza

I've got a Mac/iPhone system awaiting approval. Controls all inputs, outputs, EQ, dynamics on selected channels. Libraries, scene changes, etc.

Cheers, Jamie Scarpuzza Is that a device that will let you use TouchOSC to connect your ipad directly to the 01v without needing a PC involved? Looks interesting, but if someone comes out with something more full featured like StageMix, I'd gladly bring my laptop to do it.

Greetings!! First post for me, a bit late to the party, but just picked up a 01V96 for cheep used.
I have managed to get wireless control using my Android tablet, here is how:
Use a laptop, USB connected to the desk with Studio Manager installed.
Set up the laptop in the system settings for Remote Access.
Plug in a Wifi access point via the RJ45 Ethernet network connector.
Setup your Android tablet to Wifi connect to the access point.
Download and install from android Play-Store Microsoft Remote Device.
Run the app on the android device and your laptop desktop is duplicated for walk about use. Pinch-zoom works to magnify the controls to use with the touch screen. You now have Studio Manager running on your Wifi Android tablet giving realtime desk control.
