Phil, Nicely done. From what I can tell the inverter is only powering the 01V? It also looks like you have the Xantrex modified for the fan "kill" switch. Is the rest of the package powered by your block battery using the PowerMax to distribute the 12 volt?
Is that your battery on the right side over the axle? What is the aH size? The inverter shows 7 amps what's the dc side pulling? Sorry, lot's of questions.
Thanks.

Is the rest of the package powered by your block battery using the PowerMax to distribute the 12 volt? The AC side off the Xantrex inverter: Yamaha O1V96 Fostex RM-2 powered speakers Apple power supply for the Macbook Cradlepoint cellular wifi mobile access point with USB Sprint modem Furman AR-1215 AC line volt regulator The DC side powered by the PSC PowerMax: Lectrosonic wide band Venue x 2 Marshall V-R43P triple LCD video monitor Sound Devices 702T with XL-DVDRAM drive DEVA 5.8 Littlites (LED) x 2 RolLogic system Lectrosonic T1 (soon to be replaced by T4) Comtek 216 base station Grand Tec TV tuners x 2 Lectrosonic BIAST antenna power The battery is an Optima D31M 75AH battery, inside a black plastic battery box. The AC side is pulling about 7 amps and the DC side is pulling just over 6 amps while in record.

For reference: This is the AC side without the Macbook, and not charging. This is the DC side and not charging.

To Phil Palmer: I noticed you are using the Lectro Bias T. May I ask why you are using this to power your antenna instead of the power from the Venue?

To Phil Palmer: I noticed you are using the Lectro Bias T. May I ask why you are using this to power your antenna instead of the power from the Venue? Sure. I don't always have the powered antenna in operation. And I didn't want and extra 70' of 50 ohm cable hanging from the cart all the time just of the resistance. So, for normal operation I have one unpowered, standard ALP620 shark fin antenna and one Sennheiser A5000CP. When I need to add some distance to my antennae, I patch in the BiasT and run out a Powered ALP650 in place of the 620. If I have the power jumpers set in the Venue, they are always feeding power. According to Lectro it is not recommended to feed power to an unpowered antenna.

Today is the day. Prepping at Paramount with the new rig. Photography starts next week.
I've got a nice late model Cooper 208D v2 for sale...$10,000. It's loaded.

Phillip...
Not sure this is such an active thread now...
Nice cart there. I'm in the process of a cart rebuild my self. How does your rack unit s travel? In a van vertically? Does the O1V live wired in the cart for transportation?
What about the base & wheels for this? Square tube stock? I should ask, do you have a couple of wider pictures somewhere?
I'm leaning toward a rack unit no taller than the rear opening of my Tahoe. I'd stack and strap few rack units on my magliner w/o the shelves.
I'm looking for a faster, not everything from it's own case set up.
Thanks, Rick

Phil's cart, shares similar design features as mine. The base and wheels were built by Brett Grant Grierson. The rack case is an SKB "Shockrack"16RU tall and 24" deep.
I keep everything cabled an in the cart when on a show and shipping by air freight.

All threads are always active. Thanks for posting. My cart travels as you see it. I can remove the rack, but never have to. The cart travels either in a trailer, truck or by air freight, so I never break it down. But it can. I have a smaller bag rig with the same recorder and wireless receivers so that I can go mobile if the need arises. Here's a link to the progress of building the cart, though it's original install had a Cooper 208 which you will see. web.mac.com/pwpmixer/pwpmixer/sound_cart.html
